Application: 

Vinyl should be applied to a clean, dry surface.  Peel white backing strip off leaving the letters on the clear, or masking sticky tape.  Place tape with letters on surface to be applied.  Use coin or hard object to rub firmly on tape over each letter.  Slowly remove application tape by folding it back on itself (non-sticky surfaces facing each other) being careful to leave the letters on the desired surface.

Removal:

Razor blades work great for removing vinyl off of glass.  You can use rubbing alcohol, Goo-b-gone, or OOPS to remove the excess sticky residue left behind.  Please test on a small area before you use these products because they can remove paint.  The heat of a blowdryer can also soften the vinyl that is harder to remove.
